The geofield directions module is a drop in module that provides a field formatter for end user display (not administrative pages). This module works with geofields to allow the user to display customizable text (Example: Get Directions), that will link users off to a google maps page with a single point dropped on it so that directions can be gathered. The only map provider it works with right now is Google Maps.
