Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson
This is a short read that starts with a parable story—one that is well-known in business. The emphasis is on shedding rigidity and being open to change. “Who Moved My Cheese” includes a discussion about what it means to various people in their lives, which is a nice review of the lesson’s practical application.
